First thing to is login...

Your email address is your pasword (pretty easy to remember!) and you choose your password.

The Home Page

Here's the home page for Sales Trainer Active.  Let's take a look at some of the elements...

Info Bar

Always on the bottom of the page after you login is your info bar.  From here you can logout of the site (closing the browser or broswer window will do this as well) and view and update your profile.

It is important to keep your profile up to date as some of the functions rely on this information.  For example, if you wish to use one of the letter samples, you can get the text formatted and with your information already filled in, ready to copy and paste into your prefered word processor and printed onto your letterhead.

SOS Menu

On the left are quick links to what we call the 'pillars' of the Shire Operating System.

You're in Sales Trainer Active, but you can always have a look at the Sales Trainer Home page.

Property Marketer is your Real Estate Marketing Machine.

Corporate Manager is the program for leaders to hone their skills in business operation.

Leaders Live is a collection of interviews from great minds from within the industry and outside.

Customer Care is a great program for probably the most overlooked members of your team - the front line staff.

Prosperity Corporation is an investment inititaive for Real Estate Professionals.

Home Menu

You can either go to the home page of the Shire Operating System, or the Sales Trainer Active home page.

Support Menu

If you need urgent help or less urgent advice, the Support section is for you.  You can also have a look at any help requests you've made that haven't been solved, or browse through (an comment on) past help & advice issues that we've solved for other members.

Resources Menu

The Resources are divided up into three main groups - Library which gives you access to everything there is, Dialogue if you want some real world tips on how to approach different obstacles, and Media which is the repository for press articles of interest, particulalrly if you need some ammunition to sway your clients.

Training Menu

Of course you just can't beat face-to-face interactive training, Sales Trainer style.  Here you can have a look at the full calendar or just the upcoming events for Sales Trainer Live, Sessions or Audio.

Recognition Menu

You can view our Biggest Lister Competition Results or check out the plans for Rankings, Awards and the Elite Team.

Q & A's Menu
