Importantly, we will teach you + your team how to deliver the presentation, making selling your marketing packages a process rather than a skill. Beyond this we will develop a branded leave behind folder that will recap the presentation and provide important information for follow-up including a timeline of events from listing, hardcopy proof sheets of the marketing, information on pricing, communication + follw-up and more. Stage 2 - Prospect Marketing One of the most desirable by-products of professional property marketing is an increase in new listing enquiry and Property Marketer is determined to exploit this. We’ll will develop an array of ‘listing generators’ that will include the establishment of conduits that supply answers to those perpetual property owner questions... 1. ‘How is the Market?’ Stage 3 - Pre-Listing, Open for Inspection + The Press This stage will require less input from your company since we will already have most of your company specific material.
