The Investment

The overall investment is minimal when you consider the comparison of cost to create your own marketing product. An example is given in the FAQs.

The cost is made even more negligible when you learn how we intend to include the property marketer license fees into the products your salespeople sell. That is right you will actually recoup any outlay through the actual product sales!

There is an initial investment on signing which covers administration, coordination and design costs of the generic material. This fee is a one time only introductory offer as it will likely increase in line with the success of Property Marketer.

Expenses

There are costs to produce your own company specific material and these must be met by your company along with the production costs of any manuals, presentation folders, signs, banners, mats, brochures, leaflets, flyers etcetera. We’ll provide a projected cost estimate.

License Fees

Once the material is produced and being used a monthly license fee will be charged for each type of product used based upon the number of users. We don’t envisage any charge for updating, revamping or adding to the generic products.

These costs will be minimal compared to the returns you receive.

Recouping Investment
